Cookies. The necessary cookie dd_privola stores your choice about analytics (180 days). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept them; without consent Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Analytics. If you accept, Google Ireland Ltd. processes usage data on our behalf (pages viewed, device, approximate location), without your name. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 2 years.

Ads. We show ads through Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd.). Google may use cookies and similar technologies for this; personalised ads are shown only with your consent, otherwise Google shows non-personalised ads. How Google uses data: policies.google.com.

Location. When you tap “Nearest to me”, your browser asks for permission. Your location is used only in your browser to calculate distances and is never sent to us.

Map. The map loads only when you open it; map images are then fetched from OpenStreetMap servers.

Forms. Data from forms (name, company, e-mail, phone, place, message) is used only to reply to your enquiry or fix an error.

Retention. Form messages are kept until the enquiry is resolved, for one year at most.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at info@dubrovnikdanas.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
